1. Collection of Personal Information
The Company collects the following Personal Information for membership registration, support and service. Personal Information collection method: website (membership registration, forum, application form) Email Service usage records
2. Purpose of Collection and Usage
The Company shall use Personal Information for the following purposes:
➀ Performing the duties under the service agreement, calculation of the service charge, delivery of contents, shipping, billing, identification, purchase and collection of payment
➁ Membership management
Identification of members for membership service, personal identification, prevention of abuse and unauthorized use, and confirmation of membership registration
➂ Marketing and advertising
Collection of statistical data on access frequency and membership service
3. Period of Retention and Usage
In principle, the Company shall destroy Personal Information immediately after fulfilling the purpose of its collection unless required otherwise by the laws, in which case the Personal Information shall be retained for a certain period of time as follows:
Type of information to be retained: Login ID, payment records
Legal basis: Use and Protection of Credit Information Act
Period of retention: 1 year
Records of display/advertising: 6 months (Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce Transactions, etc.)
Records of contract or offer withdrawal: 5 years (Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce Transactions, etc.)
Records of payment and product supply: 5 years (Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce Transactions, etc.)
Records of consumer complaint or dispute resolution: 3 years (Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce Transactions, etc.)
Records of collecting/processing credit information: 3 years (Use and Protection of Credit Information Act)
4. Destruction of Personal Information
After its purpose of collection and use is achieved, the Company shall destroy Personal Information immediately using the following process and methods:
The Personal Information provided by members when creating their account shall be transferred to a separate database (or document file box for hard copy) after its purpose of collection is achieved and retained for a certain period of time before being destroyed in accordance with our internal policy and applicable laws. Personal Information stored in the separate database shall not be used for any other purpose unless required by law.
Personal Information stored in an electronic file shall be deleted beyond recovery.
5. Disclosure of Personal Information
The Company shall not disclose Personal Information to third parties unless:
the user agrees to disclosure in advance; or
it is required by law or for investigation purposes in accordance with set procedures and methods.
6. Outsourcing of Personal Information
The Company shall not outsource the processing of Personal Information without the consent of the user. If outsourcing is needed in the future, the Company shall notify and obtain prior consent of the user accordingly.
7. Rights of the User and Legal Guardian
The user may access or edit their Personal Information and close their membership account at any time. To view or edit their Personal Information or close their membership account, the user is required to click "Edit Account" (or "Edit Personal Information") or "Close Account" respectively, or contact our Personal Information Manager in writing or by email. If the user requests a correction to the Personal Information, the Company shall not use or provide such Personal Information until the correction is made. In addition, if any incorrect Personal Information has already been provided to a third party, the Company shall notify the third party and make sure that correction is made promptly. The Company shall follow the "Period of retention and use of Personal Information" when it comes to the Personal Information deleted or membership account closed upon request by the user and the ensure that it is not accessed or used for any other purposes.
8. Automatic Personal Information Collection System
➀ Purpose of Use
To analyze the frequency and time of access by members and non-members, identify preferences and areas of interest of users, check the level of participation and frequency of visits for personalized service and marketing purposes. The user shall have the right to choose whether to install cookies or not. Therefore, the user may set their web browser to accept or reject specific cookies and alert them each time.
➁ How to Reject Cookies
Ex: The user may set their web browser to accept or reject cookies or alert them each time. How to set (Internet Explorer): Tools menu located on the top of the browser > Internet Options > Privacy Data. However, if the user refuses to accept cookies, certain services may not be available to them.

The Company designates the following personnel to protect Personal Information and handle any requests or complaints regarding Personal Information.
